RELAXATION EFFECTS ON FATIGUE AND PHYSICAL FITNESS IN BADMINTON ATHLETES

ABSTRACT Introduction: Badminton is characterized by a high amount of exercise and intensity work. Muscle pain discomfort often occur throughout the game, so some relaxation training necessary. Objective: Study effect on recovery from sports fatigue fitness during badminton. Methods: was conducted three times week. The duration exercises experimental control group students same. adopted form, including stretching, aerobic, other actions. 15 minutes, while continued to use traditional method. Results: Lactate in showed continuous downward trend, 2.09 1.93 then 1.62; heart rate increased 84.73 85.48, decreased 81.57, finally 85.62. optimization greater than group. In group, speed strength athletes improved considerably. Conclusion: Relaxation can improve athletes’ fatigue, promoting body development improving physical fitness. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
